I don't know what's happening, I bought the subscription 3 days back but now it says I don't have any subscription. How can this be???? It's been only 3 days since I bought it. The problem seems to only exist on the app though, when I open the website I can still view the videos without any problem.. Can anyone tell me why is this happening? And how to fix this?

Slow loading, confusing menu, asking for paid subscription all the time
This app would totally be worth it if it had all the features that are available via any web browser. As it is, it only has pretty limited use unfortunately.
Very good quality videos. Reading speed is just right for young kids, and stories are split into bite-size parts. Strangely, the videos on Youtube did not get as many views as I would have expected. Hopefully more people get to know about this.
I updated,and it closed and nothing happened. IS THIS BROKE?
